Sorry to double post, but squeee 4. Cien Años de Soledad by Gabriel García Márquez (I'm almost positive that this is my absolutely most favorite book)
DAMN!! Ditto!!! It's one of my all time favorite books!! Good!! I love GGM!! Although I have to say, Cien años de Soledad was the first GGM book I read and no other book by this author has been able to beat this story. I simply love it. The characters, the narrative, the fantasy elements... I simply loved it!
