Also - I know that "dumping" your problems on someone else seems wrong. But if it works for you, you shouldn't feel guilty. I mean, for me, it's like when I watch movies cause I'm sad - it prevents me from thinking too much, from dwelling on the problem to the point of psychosis.
Plus, the person you're "dumping" on usually doesn't mind. They just want to help the best they can. Trust me - I know :) hugs :* M.
