We took this I.Q. test last year before holiday's break, and this morning we got our results, I happen to have the second highest score in the entire student body! (way to go unnoticed Paola)
148 points, ladies and gents. I'm sort of baffled because I'd really like to know where do those points go during the active part of my days.
Anyhow, thanks to this development I get to keep on working on my project for another semester with the complete economical aid of the university. Had it not been for that tiny, little number, I'd find myself looking for a sponsor, I won't have to worry about that for at least another four-five months (I'm crossing my fingers and every available limb that I'm done with it before then). That rocks pretty wildly.

Date: 2/19/07 16:53 (UTC)Having an I.Q of 148 is pretty not very common- most of the population is around 100. Lucky! I know I'm at least average because I'm in a Master's program at school, but I don't think I'm that high! (I do IQ testing for a living).
Congrats on getting sponsored by your school! That's great. :D

Yup, my uni sponsoring me is the best new I've this year so far. I really like my job for that project. I'm a lucky girl *grins like an idiot some more*

Seriously though, 148 points is really good. I think the score for the 'average' human is around 110-120. Above 135 is considered 'intelligent', above 145 is 'very intelligent', and over 150 is 'near brilliant' or something... I don't remember exactly how that goes, but anyway: we're waaay beyond being 'average'. Yay! Go us! :D
