Journey's End

Um.
Anyway, does anybody know where can I find good meta on this show? Or am I just spoiled by Supernatural? I'd love me some meta on the Doctor right now.
My heart. It is broken. Into itty bitty little pieces scattered around the galaxy, all over every planet Donna helped save, those places where she will never be forgotten. I keep flashing back to her determination to find the Doctor in PiC, and her understanding of the bigger picture in FoP (lesser people would have just cried and begged to be let off, they don't wanna die. Not Donna), her tears when hearing the sadness of the Ood's song. Oh, Donna, I love you.
Will not get into Rose because I'm enjoying my wallowing. Plus I need a cool head so I can cuss RTD into next month.
Loved Jack. Just because he's Jack and he remembered Mickey (HI MICKEY, HI) and Jacqui was there too and Mickey will miss her most because yes, she is all that awesome. Martha is still my girl, will be until the ends of times I am sure, and she made the numbers in her head and made up her mind and then rocked SO HARD.
THERE WERE TWO DOCTORS (plus partial Tennant nudity. Awesome) and Donna was so, so happy sprouting all that techno babble! ::loves her little face::
Gotta tell ya, there are props to be given to that Tennant-Noble duo, like, the pulled things off, man. "I sound like you!"
The music was perfect. I rarely notice details like that (except for Spn) but here, every score was perfectly placed, especially during that final Doctor/DoctorDonna moment, when he wiped her memoriesand I shouted NOOOOOOOO and started to cry, it was very, very perfect.
And the Doctor calling Sylvia on her treatment of Donna, that was love.
I'd love to dwell on character development and all the things we were shown about the Doctor in this ep, because there was A LOT. But, such altruistic endeavors will have to wait UNTIL MY DL IS COMPLETED, I had to resort to YouTube, and it was less than anti-climatic, I have to say, all that waiting around until the video uploaded, oh yeah, underlined by the panic of the first time it told me they were sorry but the video was no longer available... ::kicks stuff::
But back to Donna. She was fucking magnificent and now, she won't remember ever being so. She actually, did believe she was nothing important, nothing special, and then she did amazing things that proved her strength and heart and now. Now she won't remember. That hurts.
And it's that hurt what makes me forgive the over the topness (which, admittedly, was not as present as it was in LotTL, thank goodness) and, um, Rose.
